It's more the sentiment than anything at this point. He's been without his mp3 player for several days, and the last time he had it, he was too busy being brainwashed to appreciate it. >> I'm still debating whether or not his mp3 player should be the object he gets to take back. (...I forgot to mention that, if they travel to their own home world, the character gets to take one item back to the institute.)

He'd still be wearing the clothes he wore on New Year's Eve, so it'd have to be an item on his person or findable in Tartarus.
