Hmm.. In a bit of a project I share with Athena here, Sasarai IS the mother of Albert's children. All five of them, hee hee.
My views on Sasarai are complicated, right down to gender. I sometimes see him as girly, and other times not. Regardless, I enjoy writing interaction between him and children, and think he'd make a wonderful parent. ^^; It's somewhat easy to put him into a maternal sort of role.
As for slash, I've never found it to be a big deal when I've written him, but that might just be me again. :D; I'm of the opinion that it'd take someone a lot of effort to even get through the invisable walls he's got up around himself, and if they managed to pull that off, gender would probably be the last concern he had about it at that point. So -if- it's done with enough care, I can see him with a male. ... Except Luc. There's just no possible way anyone will ever be capable of justifying Luc/Sasarai to me.
And I'll shush now, because I'm probably rambling off again. Bad habit, you see.
