Suikoden IV and a meme

I am now playing Suikoden IV to find out more about Kooluk. Why? Because I liked Kooluk, for some reason.

And I once again remember my favorite aspect of Colton: his voice. It's so fitting for him.

And Troy, for all of his intensely dark-and-brooding look, is ... not. "Spineless" indeed.

Kooluk was a very interesting spot on the old Suikoden map. I was happy that we got to actually see more of it in Tactics, too.

And yes...Colton definitely had the best voice acting of the lot.

Yes, I was very happy to see more of Kooluk in Tactics, too. You also see a lot of its political structure, which ... is really more than I can say about the Island Nations' in Suikoden IV.

Colton's voice actor pinned down a strong, irritable old man very, very well. *grins* And I totally forgot you actually fight him and Troy near the beginning of the game. Whoo for finding out Troy uses a Wind Rune!

Troy isn't brooding, no. I think he's possibly the most overhyped character in the game. Because ... well, you rarely see him. And yet he's on the front of the game as if he plays a huge role.

Doesn't keep me from adoring him, but he's actually probably the nicest enemy you'll ever meet. XD
