a. I adore Xigbar's attitude. Even if he comes off vaguely sinister in the castle, his way of speaking and nonchalance make it hard for me to not like him.
b. I am dismayed by the early reports that his reloading time in 358/2 is gonna be relatively slow. D:
c. Xigbar/Demyx, and it's alllll Khiiiiii's faaaaaaault
d. Xigbar really liked to rely on the others for his food around the castle. He only learned to fend for himself and make sandwiches after everyone was assigned otherworld tasks at the same time.
e. On Eway, he's gonna ask if someone wants to use his and Demyx's old beds for demolition practice or something. They're just taking up space, after all.

I think Yotsuba would be using that extra bed as her brand new trampoline and probably giving Demyx a heart attack with how high she was jumping and all the close calls of almost diving off the bed she's got.

Naesala
a. As you well know, I have a soft spot for misunderstood characters. But what makes Naesala especially likable for me is the fact that he's so remorseless about what he does for his kingdom; the ends justify the means for him, and he has no problem stepping on people to do so.

b. I seriously think Naesala, and the ravens in general, had a greatly cheapened role in Radiant Dawn. But you know that already, too. :P

c. Naesala/Leanne. I still don't know how it plays out in Radiant Dawn, but I was amused by Reyson, Naesala, and Leanne's dynamic in Path of Radiance.

d. Despite how tidy and well-kept Naesala appears, he's actually not vain or conceited about his appearance. Nealuchi just raised him to brush his hair and avoid getting his clothes dirty.

e. ...Uh, you know, I really don't know.


Alby/Albie (that is, young!Albert-muse)
a. Unlike Albert-muse, Albie can actually come across as serious. ...Unfortunately, the only one that tends to be around is Reno, so it's a moot point. That said, I enjoy Albie trying to be serious. *laughs*

b. He's not around enough. =\ He's always hiding in his room or under Sasi and Albert's bed.

c. ...With Albie? ...... I'll just say Reno, since they hang out so much. He's too young to do anything relationship-like.

d. ...He is his own fanon, but... He likes to sleep underneath the bed in "his" room, drinks juice often, is often left out because he's technically not family, and often wonders why he doesn't just move to The Edge and live with Caesar.

e. ...Hm...

Reno: *hic* So I had this … rele-- revel-- relevation! I refused sex-- and-- *hic* And that meant I had to … had to get drunk fassshter!
Albie: … Uh huh. *drinks his juice*
Reno: *has an arm over the boy’s shoulder* I love you, man. *hic* We should do this-- this more often. This more often. *hiccup*
Albie: *sighs*

Get Leanne and Naesala's support ending this time, then? :P Ravens seriously did get screwed in RD. But then, that might be a good thing too, since the laguz tribes that WERE very active in RD were almost wiped out. ._. Plus, Vika~ Mmmm, Vika.

And aww, Nealuchi didn't want his nestling to wander around looking like a scruffy scruff like Tibarn~ ♥


I love Alby! X3 In fact I think Sasi is the only person who doesn't like him... XD Aza's been wondering if the crushes he gets on people change Albert's view of them at all. :P (Remember when he had a crush on Sohee? Awww.)

I'm slightly curious to know who Reno actually -refused- sex with. o_o Oh! And Shinon + Reno = Drunk, Redhead Assholes OTP. :D

On a different note, try to come on today? :3; I want to make sure the graphic bits of your layout are to your liking before I start the html.

Luc
a. Luc's snarky attitude in Suikoden was what instantly had me hooked. I actually like his character design in the first game too, and I was amused to see he had grown his hair out in Suikoden II. And, of course, his kickass magic powers. *smiles*

b. The emphasis that some people put on angst of his later years. He was fairly well-adjusted (if arrogant and distant) as a teen... There's more facets to him other than the whole "I want to destroy my rune" thing.

c. Tough one, tough one... I'd have to say I favor Luc/Sarah just a little more than Tir/Luc.

d. Luc and Tir were familiar enough to almost consider each other friends. Luc knows how to do various chores, from cooking to cleaning to sewing to washing laundry to gardening...

e. I've got nothing in mind right now. Hrm...


Jade
a. Again, attitude is a big draw for me. Jade's kinda condescending, seemingly no-nonsense voice is especially telling of what kind of person Jade is. His ability to say absurd things without flinching is great, too.

b. I remember sometimes getting frustrated right along with the other characters when Jade commented. I don't really dislike much about him. :o

c. Peony/Jade/Dist is my OT3. And I don't understand the appeal of Jade/Guy, despite having seen it in a lot of RP comms.

d. There is nothing in the known world that Jade outright hates. He's very ... mild-tempered, and is emotionally-detached in such a way that there are few things he feels strongly for, good or bad.

e. I've only written about Jade, like, once. As much as I love him, I find him incredibly difficult to write. +_+

Leon Silverberg
a. I love his no-nonsense personality, for one. He's a very compelling character because we see how he acts as both a supporter for a protagonist and an antagonist. More than any of the other strategists in the Suikoden games, Leon presents himself as a professional strategist that isn't involved in the war because he has a personal stake in the war.

b. Leon's a very difficult character to get in the head of, and it really hurts my inspiration for him. As much as I love him, I can't seem to grasp his character to write him.

c. ...Uh... Well, I've never imagined him in pairings other than the vaguely-hinted at predatory Yuber/Leon in my drabbles. *_*

d. For all of his ability, Leon has never actively sought out war. After graduating Soledt, Leon joined Scarlet Moon's imperial army and gained experience through the various skirmishes with the Jowston City-States. He eventually had to quit the army because George was born (through a one-night stand) and he went on to take care of Mathiu and Odessa, keeping him from becoming deeply involved in war again until the Succession War.

e. If I ever get the drive to write more of my Silverberg ficlets, I still need to write the story where Yuber's contract with Leon comes full circle and Leon realizes just how obsessed Yuber was with him.
