Work and play

My brother thinks I should join a gym. I have no idea what that really means. I don't doubt that I could use a gym membership, but what does it mean to join a gym? Do you fill out a bunch of papers, get a membership card, and pay monthly for said membership? I'm one of those people who feel awkward exercising outdoors (unless it's an outright outdoor sport, like soccer or football [yes I used to like playing football hush] or something), so ... yeah. I'd probably be different if I didn't share an apartment with my brothers, or if we had a house instead. We don't have enough room for me to properly exercise.

... ...And now that I'm in the process of visiting a gym website, a customer representative popped up in live chat to talk with it. Pressured much? *scared*

In other news, going to a baby shower for my cousins this weekend. They're expecting twins in ... January, I believe it is now.

On the roleplaying front, I've been designing room layouts for Albert, Raine, and Genis' house. Sapph and Marbles did their characters' rooms, and then Sapph also helped with the living room, dining room, and kitchen. I was trying to design the outside of the house, but I started going, "durrr, maybe I should actually finish the insides first." The only thing left to do is the kitchen.

And there's a Yuber in Luceti now. The very idea of him being around scares me, because it complicates Albert's position a lot. Hopefully the muse doesn't drive himself into a nervous wreck and suicide on me. 8|;

What kind of gym? Mom and I used to be members of Life Time Fitness, and that was actually a really nice gym. (Of course, we got lazy after a few months...)

24 Hour Fitness. The one we've got in the area is huge, with a pool, racquetball court, sauna, and group fitness. I especially like the "24 Hour" part, since ... well, my schedule in general sucks. (Going for even a few months is pretty admirable...)

My family used to have gym memberships, but I've never liked exercising where other people could see me, even if I was always curious about "what is your physical age vs actual age" difference type things. I hated gym in school so having it outside of that would just be awkward. Ugh. But geez, that's kind of creepy for a live chat to come up too, fff.

Designing the outside should be fun :o At least the inside's almost finished, right? :|b I wonder if you could shrink all the rooms down for one document to see how they all fit ...

/sets up anti-suicide alerts on Albert :(

I liked doing sports and stuff back in school. I hate the whole trend of exercising being ... jogging. Or just lifting weights. I can't get into that crap. If I'm going to exercise, I don't want to be running in place. Even cycling in place sounds better.

I was working on the dimensions, and it was actually pretty amusing how everything fit together like a glove when I tried putting them all on the same file. But that's because I actually used dimensions for everything and remained consistent between files (even if you don't see them in the living room or dining room).

It's okay right now. But if Yuber puts him in a position where he needs to do something? He's going to be very fml about it.

Ahh, I see. Maybe you could get a bike? An actual one. Though I forget what your neighborhood is like, so that might not work... especially since it's almost winter. Oh well. Just because you're sharing an apartment doesn't mean that it's okay for your brother to be pushy, though :|; I guess the most you can do is look into it as you've been doing and seeing what catches your interest.

I can't wait to see how it all looks when it's done :) Are you going to do the stable too?

Yeaah. ._.

I can't even call it a "neighborhood" because we're surrounded by shopping plazas in three directions. And then Microsoft is just down the street, so. :D; So biking is pretty difficult. Especially when you're doing it alone. Some people bike across the floating bridges, which I think is pretty crazy.

I've been thinking about it. Maybe it'll be happily complex so we can applaud Lloyd's craftsmanship.

I've been talking with the mun about it though, so. It's really a matter of how things develop and how many people Yuber decides hurt/maim/kill/burninate. Albert's probably gonna be fml somewhere down the road no matter what happens. Pfft.
