everlastingsoul: (Leon - His Fate)

Hm... Silverbergs.

Is it disturbing that Yuber/Leon has invaded and almost taken over my mind?

Someday, I will get around to finishing all of those drabbles. Chronicles, really. Yuber/Leon really makes sense in the context of the chronicles ... because Yuber is utterly infatuated. And Leon never marries. And because I have been inspired by fanart to think that Albert looks a lot like his grandfather.

I really want to just write everything down because I may never write/finish the storyline. I'm sure other writers on my list can relate...

Ugh. Screw this.

-- Leon meets Yuber in his early 20's, fresh out of Soledt. Yuber is employed by Windy and watches the "searches" the northern continent while Windy and Neclord look around for Ted on the southern. Leon, arrogant and confident in his own skill, speaks to Yuber brashly. Yuber decides the mortal is worth keeping an eye on.
-- Leon gets hurt and spends time being treated. Has a fling with a nurse that results in a bastard child: George. Leon leaves the army to take care of his son and all but disappears from the public eye, only showing up once in awhile.
-- Leon's brother dies and Leon is forced to take in Mathiu and Odessa. He postpones rejoining the army and instead focuses on his family. Eventually, he teaches Mathiu and George strategy (and Odessa learns strategy from Mathiu).
-- Mathiu joins the imperial army. The Succession War breaks out, and Mathiu refers to Leon as his teacher and a talented tactician. Leon becomes an imperial strategist again and carries out the Kalekka Incident. Both Leon and Mathiu quit the army following the war.
-- Windy begins to manipulate Emperor Barbarossa.
-- George, a strategist in his own right, marries and has his first child, Albert. Odessa becomes involved with Achilles and the liberation army. Odessa approaches George to aid the movement, but George declines; he instead tells her he will leave the country for the impending war.
-- Toran Liberation War/Gate Rune Wars takes place. Freed from his obligations to Windy, Yuber tells Leon how to summon him.

... And now I'm tired. *goes off to doze*
