In other news, I'm looking for a new job right now. I had a second interview for an Instructional Designer position with my current employer, and I've been asking other instructional designers for their own unique perspectives on the career. It's been interesting, definitely.

01. Maybe unsurprisingly, Walter. The moment I saw him on the beach in his Orerines clothes, I thought he looked neat. But then he took off his turban and turned into Major Fail.
02. Stella. I had a feeling from the moment Stella wouldn't show her teriques in the flashbacks that that fact would become important... And then the firebird and the golden sphere showed up and I wibbled a little bit. And then the death scene. D:
03. Fenimore. I thought her growth and everything were admirable, but I still didn't like her that much by the end. =\
04. I ... really like Shirley. O_o She's definitely a child and everything, but seeing such a flawed character was awesome. I dislike how some people have this whole "I would've done things better/differently"-if-in-her-position attitude.
05. Jay. He's still great, and I love the Oresoren, but other characters shoved him off the "favorites" ladder. Namely Stella and Senel. :|
06. W-- Walter. And then he'd kill me. u_u
07. ...Wow, none of them strike me as someone I'd want to be. I'll go with Norma. She's just awesome like that.
08. Walter. ...And then he'd kill me. u_u
09. Stella/Senel. I think I went into the game with a slight Luceti bias, but the flashbacks were some of the greatest parts in the main quest.
10. Again, don't despise, but Walter/Fenimore is overhyped. And sometimes is based on misguided notion that they were childhood friends. The only times in the game the two were alone together were when Walter was injured and unconscious, and when he flew off with her in a teriques sphere. And neither of those are particularly romantic. :|
