Tiiired...

Just bought the three Mario & Luigi games on a whim. It started as frustration over not being able to find a working Superstar Saga rom for hours last night, and then not being able to get past the level up screen... And now I've got Superstar Saga, Partners in Time, and Bowser's Inside Story coming in next week.

It's kinda dangerous, buying video games on a whim. :|;;

I finished a new drabble for my Silverberg storyline, but I'm not happy with how clunky the action writing is. I can do one-on-one fights, but multiple attackers versus one is awkward. I kinda just want it finished so I have the setting in place; I intend to use the Grasslands for at least three other drabbles, though I only have vague plot ideas right now. Gotta get Caesar and Hugo's reunion in there somehow.

So Leon's now got two castmates. He'll be excited, but I also imagine he'll be a little grumpy that he has to rearrange his lab to make room for them. But now I'm presuming they'll all room together. :|; He made some talk with Link about going into the mountains, and now having Claude and Ashton around will give him a little more confidence to go out there. What he'll find in the old base ruins, though... Uh. We'll see. I think Lymle disappearing will be the most significant disappearance for him since Ahiru; he'll probably be down when he realizes he can't introduce her to his friends.

Walter is not getting out there enough. He's been sick, but I reeeeally need to get him more active. It's difficult because he doesn't like to talk or get out there, especially since it's winter. Come spring time? He'll be outside and doing things again. Maybe he can work on something for the house for Fenimore and Shirley? He's probably a little claustrophobic after being indoors for so long.

Albert... Hahahaha. :| He's "withdrawing" more, which is weird for him in that he stays out of his house instead of becoming more of a shut-in. (He's got his reasons.) He knows very well that he's walking the thin line of helping out the other people against Yuber and screwing himself over by getting 'his summon' killed. The recent arrivals from people of his time period, plus Yuber's killing of Vash so soon after their arrival, threatens his ability to convince the new arrivals that he isn't a threat. (More so Lilly than Nash, since Lilly's a whiny, stubborn brat. At least Nash thinks in gray areas and benefits.) Aaand a lucetilocked post will be coming around sometime soon.

And I'll end with a meme I ganked. :|b

Reply to this post, and I'll tell you one reason why I like you. Then put this in your own journal, and spread the love.

I imagine playing someone like Walter is indeed a pain in the butt because of how much he hates most of the people around from what I've seen of him. The shoveling snow off the roof post was kind of funny though.

And you also know full well that Yuber has been behaving, for a bloodthirsty demon. And yeah, Lilly is a pain in the butt, but don't forget about Sasarai. He told Luffy to seek out a man named Silverberg.

And well, let's not get into impulse video game buying with me. I have a very large pile of games I haven't played yet.

It's not so much hate as it is distrust in Luceti. He's grown enough to make the distinction between "human" and "Orerines," so he's just generally more wary of others. His race was largely isolated for years, after all.

Oh yes, I know (and Albert knows!) that Yuber's been behaving. That's exactly why Albert hasn't reprimanded him; he just made a remark and left it at that. He knew it was inevitable that Yuber would kill, but the timing (from his standpoint) was terrible. And yes, Sasarai really was the one who started the whole situation of people connecting Albert to Yuber. Lilly hasn't done anything nearly as damaging.

Yeah, and I'm sadly so damn rusty with Legendia and remember him mostly being an asshole in game, and now he's more aloof if anything. Not even sure if that is the right term either. He's got to be a pain to keep active, and especially with the lake being all frozen over (and even if it wasn't, it sure is cold).

Yuber personally found the timing hilarious. He's been wanting a piece of Vash even since they met in the desert, it was obvious those two would clash because they have incredibly opposing ideals. Seriously, I expected they would clash then, but not to that level, but it all just ended up falling together. But I admit, part of the timing came from the fact that I had been feeling like crap during the beginning of the month and then once I felt better, the whole Kefka thing happened. I'm so glad that the characters were able to kill Kefka though, that so helps the FFVI cast a lot.

He's aloof in the game, too; he comes across much more of an asshole in Senel's presence, which is pretty much the majority of the time you see him. He'd be pretty gallant if not for the fact that he's such a racist/Ferines supremacist in the game. And the lake-in-winter thing was exactly why the Ferines all got sick. :|;

Falling together. Ahahaha. Yeah, that certainly ended up going an interesting route. And a very public death, too.

Poor Ferines. Actually a few others got sick because of the lake in winter thing too. People need to just avoid the lake.

I admit, the public death part was my idea. Vash's mun just wanted something dramatic, I mentioned I was considering public violence for a post, yeah, it all fell together. And well, Sora had been the original volunteer. That is still going to happen, but in February now, figured that would be enough time in between plots, though it all of course depends on how things run since we all know plans so easily change.

Of course. Hmm, I'd have to look back on the post, but did Yuber attack first? If Yuber attacks first with Sora too, Albert's gonna be all :| with him.

Actually, the recording for the attack on Vash started in the middle of the battle and the cause for the recording was Vash attacking. So basically the recording did open with Vash attacking, but Yuber attacked first like he nearly always does.

And isn't Albert always :|? How is that going to be any different from the other times they have spoken?
