Nice, slow Monday
No work projects today. Got some PDF stuff to do, plus some items to queue for publishing, but I'll put it off until the afternoon. After the dark project two weeks ago, I think I'm due some slow time. 8| It's not like I get any company-paid vacations or rewards as a contractor.
So I had a nice, leisurely morning. And a kickass breakfast.
Hell yeah, makeshift nabeyaki udon. Fried tofu, tempura shrimp, napa cabbage, green onions. For breakfast.
My older brother's cat, Softy. I took this with the flash off accidentally.
She does in fact like carrying that giraffe around the apartment. She's got two of them, since she's played through the first one so much that its neck is torn open. :|;
For people who've been reading my LJ for a long, long time, this is our guinea pig, Cindy. She's the one who was attacked by raccoons while she was out in our parents' aviary a few years back. She's living with us now, since my little sister doesn't take care of her properly. I can't believe she's already over five years old. I still love her coloring.
...I took that picture ridiculously close.
And yet she continued looking at me curiously. I think she thought the camera was food.
I'm amused at myself that I was able to refrain from putting Albert in a dress for two years. I do a lot of crap to his character, but it's usually pretty angsty. I blame cracky Suikoden castmates. *peers at Caesar and Ted* :| The mental image of Albert and Caesar conversing, in contrasting dresses, won't be leaving my head for awhile.
