Why ice is very bad...
Jan. 3rd, 2004 11:40 pmWell, I can now say that I've been in a car accident. Icy roads, lack of snow tires, and big downhill slopes do not go well together. *sighs* No one was hurt, but the car took quite a beating in the front. We banged into a rock wall on one side of the hill, bounced off and slid, smacked into the rock wall on the right side of the hill, and then my brother managed to get control of the car before we hit the intersection at the bottom of the hill. The double impact gouged holes into left side of the front, totaled the left headlight, and scratched up the right side of the bumper. In addition, the left front tire was chewed up and the steering column messed up by the first impact.
Fun times, fun times. -_-;
Because of the crash, our moving back to the university was delayed by a day. We're going to try to get back to the university tomorrow, despite the weather being just as bad tomorrow as it has been today. I hope nothing happens; I still need my books, and missing the first day of classes would be ... really bad. >_<
You are a FLUTE, and tend not to be too in touch
with your feelings and when you are, you stop
immediately. Deep down you love your friends
and family but you aren't too close with them.
You're smart, courteous and polite, but if I
may give some advise... Don't let people push
you around, stand up to them once in a while
and spit in their ugly face.
What INSTRUMENT are you most like?
