Chinatown and its chicken in windows...
Mar. 6th, 2004 04:57 pmWent to Chinatown with Aziel and Sheng today. It was fun to be in the back of a car, watching the city go by. Being on-campus and everything, I don't get to be in a moving vehicle very often. Sheng was talking about Chem profs for next quarter, and I'm wondering if I should change profs... Problem is, I don't want to drop my current prof in fear that I'll lose my seat after I let it go. The other prof's classes all filled up friggin' fast.
Plus it's an evening class. Four-hour lab starting at 1:30 PM or lab starting at 5:30... Geez.
Anyway, back to Chinatown. We went out to Ambrosia bubble tea and then walked around looking for a place for Sheng to sell his aggressive cichlid. The first place we went to was this really cramped little shop in the middle of an alley... Very interesting. ^^;
I was amused by the amount of restaurants and stores with baked chickens hanging from the windows... Only in Chinatown, I guess. They looked yummy.
Speaking of yummy... Got myself some yummy Pocky from Uwajimaya while we were out. Yummy, yummy Pocky...
