Out and about
Jun. 11th, 2006 12:59 amSo, around 11:30 PM on Friday, I went out to dinner with my brothers and a bunch of EE graduates for a sorta graduation party. Afterwards, we went to a karaoke bar and stayed in until 4 AM. The only song I really sang for myself was "Holding Out For A Hero," and I think I did fairly well with it. It was fun; I'll have to go with them next time they decide to go.
Today (Saturday), we went to Karine's graduation barbecue. I am reminded once again by the hospitality of Asians to guests, and I think I'll have compare whenever we have guests over at home again... A bunch of us played Taboo and Egyptian Ratscrew between cake and gift-opening.
Tomorrow we're heading to Anna's graduation party. That'll be fun, too; I think all the EE people are coming again, and we'll be playing volleyball again, plus Twister and badminton. It amuses me that I was the only one who could serve overhead last year. We'll see how things go this time.
