So, it's 1 AM and I've finally setup my bedsheets in the new apartment.
... Maybe I should backup a little bit.
Today was a hectic day. Last night, I moved a few of my bulkier things to the new apartment, but I slept back in my dorm room because it's a lot more convenient to walk to my math final when I'm still on campus. The math final was three hours long, and I'd rather not thing about it. Suffice it to say, I'm relieved that it's over and that I never have to touch another calculus class. Next quarter, statistics begins.
Sorry to Amber -- I keep getting cut off chatting to you in the evenings because of the moving. =\ The majority of my stuff is in my new room now, and I officially check out of the dorms today (the 11th), so that should be the end of my busy moving schedule. Of course, there's tons of holiday stuff and my last final for the quarter to do, but I'm taking all of this one step at a time.
Maybe I'll take pictures of my new (bare) room sometime. I need some friggin' curtains; the blinds in the room aren't enough. It'll take some getting used to, but I think I'll like living in an apartment. There's already an upside to this -- I'm living with Aziel for the first time in ... oh, five years? Whenever it was that he moved out to go to college. We haven't lived together at length since then.
I'm also on a wireless card now. Goodbye, UW internet. =( So far, I don't see anything particularly bad about my wireless card, but we've only begun.
